This work only makes sense if the people doing it are okay.

Farmers, farm workers, rural communities, and the land itself. We operate in places where the gap between a good year and a hard one is narrower than most people realise. That shapes how we run the business.

"Since we started, we have been deliberate about how we source, who we partner with, and where we put non-commercial effort.

The programmes below are things we actually fund and run. Not language in a report.

Impact by the numbers.
